For individuals experiencing homelessness, participating in Abundant Grace’s programs is a crucial step toward reintegration into the community. Through meaningful work, participants gain access to vital services, including housing support, employment opportunities, case management, healthcare resources, recovery programs, and family reunification. These opportunities empower individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Through our job-readiness programs, individuals experiencing homelessness grow and harvest over 15,000 pounds of organic produce annually for free distribution to families in need through our Full Circle Food Justice Program. Additionally, our Coastside Clean Team restores local beaches and trails, preserving the beauty of Half Moon Bay while providing employment opportunities.

Together, we are creating lasting change; strengthening individuals, restoring the environment, and building a healthier, more connected community.

Full Circle Food Justice

In partnership with Potrero Nuevo Farm, Abundant Grace employs individuals facing homelessness and extreme poverty to cultivate and harvest fresh, organic produce. Every year, we distribute over 15,000 pounds of organic food completely free of charge to vulnerable Coastside residents at several distribution sites.

Coastside Clean Team

This program provides employment to those in need while preserving our coastal environment. In the past year alone, our crews have removed over 150,000 pounds of litter from local beaches, the Coastal Trail, and neighborhoods throughout Half Moon Bay.

Our Values & Philosophy

Meaningful Work

We believe that dignity, responsibility, and teamwork are essential steps toward self-sufficiency. Through meaningful employment, participants regain their sense of purpose, reconnect with their community, and build a foundation for a brighter future.

Accompaniment: Walking Together Toward Change

At Abundant Grace, we practice accompaniment—walking alongside individuals as they navigate their unique paths toward stability. Rather than imposing a rigid plan, we support each person in making progress toward five key goals: housing, employment, health and wellness, food security, and sobriety. Our role is to listen, uplift, and empower, ensuring that every step forward is taken with dignity and support.
