Our Mission Is To Support Successful Aging

Senior Coastsiders promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life for all Coastside older adults. As a trusted hub for our community, we provide an extensive range of programs and services that support the overall well-being of seniors in our community and their caregiver network.

Our programs and services include:

• Meals delivered to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities
• Meals served in our center dining room
• Classes & activities that meet the varying interests/needs of our participants (in-person, through Zoom and hybrid)
• Transportation to and from our facility to local grocery stores and on outings
• Care management for seniors and caregivers (including providing information, assistance, resources and referrals)
• Minor home repairs
• Pet Buddy program
• Volunteer opportunities

Our staff and board ensure a vibrant, inclusive environment where individuals can connect, engage, and lead purposeful lives. We foster a sense of belonging and empowerment for everyone we serve.

Continued Donor Support Is Critical To Sustain Our Operations

This year for Coastside Gives, we're reaching high with a goal of raising $200,000. Although this is a LOT of money it represents only about 13% of our board approved annual budget of just over $1.5 million. Each year we serve more older adults and offer more programs and services. Our annual operating budget has grown by over 50% in the past 5 years. Our monthly food bill alone is over $10,000!
